Should you receive a product with manufacturer's defect or was damaged during delivery process, we will replace the product. You may also request for a credit note refund for your defective or damaged item.
Items for exchange must be in sellable condition - unused, unwashed, and in orginal packaging.
You may exchange an item with something of the same value. If you exchange an item with something of higher value, you will have to pay the difference in value. We are unable to refund the difference in value should you exchange your item with something of lesser value.
Special offer items are not eligible for exchange.
Only one-time exchange is allowed for all eligible items.
